chart not opdating

after updating sierra my gdxj-stk-smart{arca shows up as gdxj-stk-smart/arca and will load but not update. After trying to open it anew it will still revert back to the / and notupdate actively.

gdxj-stk-smart/arca is the symbol you should see in the chart. I have followed all directions. Been here over 12 years. No matter what I do GDXJ will load BUT NOT UPDATE.
