Hi SC! You were very helpful in setting up my Sierra account for UAT environment, which im using for the CME exchange. To take advantage of the lower priced exchange fees i would need to connect to my LIVE trading account as per your instructions. It would be great if you tell me the procedure that i would have to follow for the same. PS: i had a question about UAT environment which frequently disconnects and reconnects, which sometimes causes recalculation of certain study values, and they get set to zero. Would the problem persist when in LIVE environment? Thanks in advance! |

This would require that your live TT account is assigned to the Sierra Chart FIX connection in the same way this was done for UAT. But for the moment as long as you are receiving the real-time data on UAT you do not have to do this right away.: i had a question about UAT environment which frequently disconnects and reconnects, We would need to see the Message Log at the time to understand why this would be happening. Would the problem persist when in LIVE environment? This should not be a problem but we need to look at the Message Log to know what the issue is.
