Hi Trying to put the spread on my quote board as well as chart it. this is an exchange time spread /calendar spread this example is from s5 but it doesn't work in SIerra probably due to my error. june cl - july cl GCL FTS+M19,-N19 or m19-z19 is what it says on the s5 platform?> any help to chart this in Sierra would be appreciated. THanks in advance using s5trading |

along with this I also cannot get the GCLz19 crude contract to update. it will fill the chart and quote board but will not populate. it does work on my OEC brokerage acct software. I have more than a 10 symbol limit with the company is this something that is set by them or do you hve soemthing on your end? |

We will not provide support for Gain Capital spread symbols. We will only support those with these services: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service GCLz19 crude contract to update. it will fill the chart and quote board but will not populate. Most likely you have gone over the symbol limit with Gain Capital:it does work on my OEC brokerage acct software.
