*I have a tool/study placing trades on my charts, (Inteligex) I do not see any trades taken at the trade activity log, can you please explain?

*I received a notice of my trial expiration this coming Friday, may 3, 19 ; I was supposed to get 30 days thru my service of , Inteligex, can you please explain?

*can I take live trades during my demo, after I hook my broker(Gain Capital) with Sierra charts?

* I sent a ticket last week, supposedly I receive an answer, where do I see your ticket reply? I try to find it unsuccessfully.

1. Make sure the Trade Activity log is set to show all the data and is not filtering out what you are looking for. Refer to the information here for this:

2. We put the information about your trial with your Account Support Ticket. You will find that ticket by following this link:

3. Yes, absolutely. During a trial you have full functionality of the system. Just be aware of the setting for Simulation Mode. You will find the documentation on this here:

4. That Account Support Ticket was considered as standard support and did not require a special Account Support Ticket, so the questions were moved to this Support Board.
