data problems

Having difficulty with data connection right now. With Gain capital and have spoken to them and they say everything is good on their end. Getting a constant "waiting to reconnect" message but still seem to be recieving price. However DOM info doesn't work and can't get a SIM order to place.

I have sent the message log via "send for analysis" since I didn't have a copy log button on the window

Since this came through on the weekend, we did not look at the log because you could not have connected to the Gain Capital server at that time. Are you still having this problem? If so, provide the Message Log again: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
