I have a 15 second EURUSD futures F.US.JY6M19 chart. The Chart Settings "Allow Zero Values" and "Include Columns With No Data" are enabled. It appears that when there is no volume during the bar period then it does not display a bar. When a bar with volume eventuates then it is displayed as well as triggering the display of all the previous bars without volume. Is it possible for the bars to progressively display during their time period without having to wait for a bar with volume as a trigger?

You definitely do not want to enable Allow Zero Values.

Is it possible for the bars to progressively display during their time period without having to wait for a bar with volume as a trigger?
100% definitively not. This is not technically possible. It would be a huge mess if this were implemented. It never ever will be.

That's surprising since all the bars eventually do display even though some have zero volume. Refer to the attached F.US.JY6M19 15 Second chart image.

The core reason for the request was to be able to overlay futures Cumulative Delta (-1 multiplier) and Volume studies onto the USDJPY Spot chart. Refer to the EURUSD 15 Second Chart image. The problem is that I cannot get consistent alignment of the futures data onto the spot chart. Sometimes it aligns well and at other times it can be multiple bars misaligned. Is it possible to lock the overlay studies to the exact same time on the Spot chart? This is also evident on higher time frames especially when scrolling back a few days. I have tried both "Bar Time Matching Method" options in the overlay studies without success.

Allow Zero Values applies to the bar values. Not to the volume.

To post an image of a chart only use this method:

. Is it possible to lock the overlay studies to the exact same time on the Spot chart?
We do not know what this means.

In any case, as we said what is requested definitively definitively will never come.

Thanks, I have unchecked the "Allow Zero Values".

To clarify what I meant by "Is it possible to lock the overlay studies to the exact same time on the Spot chart?"...
I want to have the Cumulative Delta and Volume study information on the F.US.JY6M19 futures chart to be shown on the USDJPY Spot chart at exactly the same time.
So,
the 5:00:00 futures information will be shown at the 5:00:00 bar on the spot chart,
the 5:00:15 futures information will be shown at the 5:00:15 bar on the spot chart, etc.
These two chart show alignment

Note: Cumulative Delta is multiplied by 1 in the spot chart, so it is inverted as compared to the futures chart.

The following two charts show how the Cumulative Delta can be misaligned

This really is an advanced question, which is a chargeable analysis. We cannot understand those screenshots. What is clear to you is not clear to us.

Anyway in regards to this:
To clarify what I meant by "Is it possible to lock the overlay studies to the exact same time on the Spot chart?"...

This is what the Study/Price Overlay study does. Set this Input to Containing Match:
Study/Price Overlay Study: Bar Time Matching Method

And set this Input to Yes:
Study/Price Overlay Study: Match Source Bars to Destination Bars
