[Programming Help] - Chart not updating properly.

Gold - Symbol F.US.GCEM19 upon opening shows missing data from the time that I closed the previous session. This error shows on all my time frames for the GOLD ONLY. All other symbols have filled in the missing data since the last session was closed. This is NOT a data provider issue, (CQGWEBAPI,)as my trading partner who has the exact same charts, operating in his copy of Sierra Charts has no issue. I checked all my chart settings against my partner's chart setting and all were the same. I tried refreshing chart, deleting and creating a new chart, re-booting the program, and re-booting my computer - all of this did not solve this issue. Please advise. |

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
