How to get Access to at least one year of historical tick data.

Hello. Would you be so king as to guide me on how can I have access to at least 6 month/1 year of tick historical data for back testing. I already have changed the but not working: Global setting------data/trade service settings------max historical intraday days -----1tick data-----to 365 check----- allow support for sierra char data feed also Chart settings------days to load---365 the bar period type that I am using is number of trades per bar graph draw---- candlestick Thanks in advance.
