I had to downgrade to version 997 because I'm using this through TopStep Trader.

I was using the latest release but got data errors and position errors. They recommended using ver 997 so I have downgraded.

I noticed that I don't have the ability to set the Last Price at Bid Text and Offer Text. (for the DOM) Is there a way to do it in ver 997 ? Or is there a newer version that works ok with TopStepTrader ?

thanks,

Jason

You will need the newest version. This is all we can say. The problem is the newer versions of Sierra Chart uses a FIX connection from CTS, which is still considered a beta according to them.

Please do not ask them about FIX and Sierra Chart versions which use FIX. They have heard enough about it by now.

Yes. Clearly a fast and stable FIX implementation was not easy for them.

I trade with TopStepTrader. Good luck with CTS as a data feed. I gave up, after so many problems. I use Sierra Chart's new data feed, and finally, I have zero problems. I always run the latest version of SC. Like you, v997 won't work for me because it's missing critical features that I need. If you can afford the $35/month for the feed, I highly suggest you take this route and avoid the many headaches.
