URGENT: Sierra Chart wont open chartbook

My chartbook will not open I get the tab but no screen opens and all I see is grey. I have tried to open on two different computers as well. |

After opening the Chartbook do you see any charts listed on the CW menu? If so, then select Window >> Tile Horizontally / Vertically to see if you see the chart windows.
