CTS T4 FIX Connection

Hello,

For some reason, we are unable to connect to the CTS T4 Connection. Everything is enabled in the back end and CTS is saying it should work.

CTS will be best able to answer why there is a problem. But in our experience this might relate to using two factor authentication with CTS.
