Chartbook won't open

Hello,

I am trying to open up a chartbook. But when i do this, I just get a black screen. No chart shows up.

i get the following messages in the Message Log:

"Requesting market depth updates for: ESM9 if supported"

Then nothing happens. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Also, please be aware I'm using the Trial version.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update


Select File >> Disconnect.

After opening that Chartbook, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

After that:
Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Are there any other symbols in the Chartbook for futures markets other than the ES?

Thanks, I was able to get the chart to pull up now after i did that.

However, it doesnt give me a live data feed. The chart only updates after I disconnect and then re-connect.

How do I change it so that it's a live data feed?
