Hello, I am trying to open up a chartbook. But when i do this, I just get a black screen. No chart shows up. i get the following messages in the Message Log: "Requesting market depth updates for: ESM9 if supported" Then nothing happens. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Also, please be aware I'm using the Trial version. |

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update Select File >> Disconnect. After opening that Chartbook, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. After that: Select File >> Connect to Data Feed. Are there any other symbols in the Chartbook for futures markets other than the ES? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Thanks, I was able to get the chart to pull up now after i did that. However, it doesnt give me a live data feed. The chart only updates after I disconnect and then re-connect. How do I change it so that it's a live data feed? |
