Hi,

My charts will not go back when trying to shrink the charts. I get about 15 days worth.

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Jerry

Hi is there a way to get more historical data for using Interactive Brokers for 60min charts. IB Brokers says it is on your end.

Ideas?
Thanks,
Jerry

I had the same problem. You need to go to DTS settings and make sure, that there is an appropriate (like 60 days) interval under the "Max. Historical Intraday Days to Download". I believe 15 is pre-set, which is not enough to fill in 60 min chart.
After this just Delete all Data and Download (under Edit menu).

Cool,

Thank you for the help. I will give this a try. I just got disconnected from IB so it will be in awhile. Now all I have to do create a custom study with auto fibs using the swing hi and low indicator.

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!

There is a good chance you will run into "pacing violations" from Interactive Brokers while downloading the data. Therefore, refer to help topic 37 here:
