Hi There,

I had a question and concerns regarding hearing that putting OCO and Bracket orders using Sierra as platform and CQG as data provider, with AMP as the broker that the execution wasn't going smoothly as there have been issues in the past couple of weeks, from orders not getting filled to orders not closing after flattening?

I wanted to know if there has been any solutions to the issues that you have been working on and if the orders will be sitting server-side? I just don't want to face some of the issues I have been hearing.

As a Loyal longtime Sierra user, I just love Sierra and wanted it for executing orders from platform and AMP is my broker at the same time. In your expert opinion, Is there anyway I can mitigate the CQG problem so that I know exactly where orders sit(hopefully server-side/CME) and that their executed properly?

Much appreciate any feedback you can give me

Warmest Regards,

We are not aware of any issues. This is the first we are hearing about this in regards to any issues recently. Although server-side bracket orders are not supported with CQG. That has been the case for the last several months.

If you want server-side managed bracket orders, use this new service:

Thank you, very much appreciate it! I managed to get someone at AMP that knew what's going on with new setup procedure to switch over to Sierra TT FIX connection, as most weren't aware of it.

One further question was, If I put OCO/Bracket Orders on Sierra through CTS(Cunningham Trading Systems) through AMP, would the orders be server-side supported or does it face the same issues as CQG orders?

Thanks again for providing the new option.

Also, I read a lot of posts on Sierra's stance on exchanges/market data and globalist agenda can do etc etc, I fully support Sierra's opinion on a whole range of issues. Keep up the great work and fight!

Server-side bracket orders are supported with CTS but there are some limitations with those. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CTS_T4.php#CTSServerSideOCOBracketBehavior

Using our new TT FIX based order routing service would be lower cost than CTS and the server-side bracket orders will not have the same issues. Refer to:

Are OCO orders Sierra through CQG at AMP Futures Server-Side supported? I'm hearing they are handled in two ways as Bracket order not supported (mentioned before) But OCO orders are Sierra Server-Side supported?

Is that the case? Thanks in advance

Yes with CQG the OCO orders can be managed server-side.
