chart sticking to 5min periodicity- wontr change

I have my #7 chart stuck on 5min periodicity. Everytime I go into chart settings and chage it to volume based and 1000 tick volume, then click ok, it changes for a split second and then reverts back to 5min. Help much appreciated. The chart is linked but the time period is not synced. Strange activity. |
