i have 2 computers and both run 4k and they are connected to the same monitors. I have Sierra charts installed on both. I created a chartbook on one machine and saved and copied it to the other machine. however when i open it on the other pc all the fonts and display settings are all over the place and the charts are not visible or in the location where they should be. At first it worked but when i powered up my machine today all the settings had gone and the charts have resized . What is going on here? thank you

It is hard from our perspective to have a full understanding of this in detail and what is happening, unless we can visually see what is happening. We know there can be changes with font sizes due to how the operating system changes the DPI setting on the system. You just have to reset those to what you require: Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance And if there are changes with window positions you also will just have to readjust. These are going to be system-level issues. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
