do I need to get my data from you so my account works properly ? I've tried CTS CQG and Rithmic but if yours is the best I will sign back up I love your platform and just want to have an even playing field

No you do not. You can use CTS, CQG or Rithmic. Those will be fine. If you are using Top Step Trader we recommend using Rithmic instead of CTS.

I must be missing something cause I’ve had them try to hook it up as well as myself but neither of us have had any success. My CQG through AMP is working fine

User has been called and another instance of Sierra Chart has been set up to use CTS. We cleared the Intraday File Update List which had a lot of invalid symbols which was causing delays with historical data downloading.
