Hi, I hope this additional information can help you with my issue that I highlighted in an earlier email, below? I am trying to sync a pre-existing 'TransactAT' Sierra chart with 'cqg/ironbeam'. Regards, Drew Image From: Drew Schedler <drewschedler@outlook.com> Sent: March 5, 2019 2:42 PM To: Sierra Chart Support Cc: AtEase HMS Subject: Re: Sierra Chart Login Information Hello, My name is Drew Schedler. My Sierra accout name is dschedler. I am having issues opening my sierra charts. I currently have TransactAT charting downloaded on my laptop because I was using TransactAT for a free demo. Now I am signed on with Cannon Futures to trade through Ironbeam using a CQG data Feed. Do I need to remove the TransactAT file on my computer, or can I continue using the Sierra program files therein? If so, is there any way to save and re-apply my chart setting to the new version of Sierra? In my TransactAT free Sierra Chart trial, I created my own set of charts called "DrewsCustom.cht". I am hoping I can retrieve this configuration? I have tried to download sierra anew from the sierra website but receive an error message -- failed to create folder -- as follows: Any help on this matter is appreciated. Regards, Drew PS I left the screenshots out as instructed |

Hi, I was able execute Sierra chart download successfully. The issue was with the default destination pathway. I had to force it to go to my sierra file in a new partition and overwrite it. Yet, I am still not able to connect. I am getting locked out with valid credentials. There are still remnants of TransactAT files present in the download. Should these be removed? Thank you, Drew |
