I am sure I am on the wrong message board, but here goes. Locked out, FCM says all is well to contact Sierra. So I am requesting remote asistance

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
