I've just changed Forex Provider from IB to Lmax. I seem to get only ~5 years historic data - I thought the SC FXCM data would back-fill to a longer timeframe? please advise.

There is Intraday data history back to 2013-03-04 for LMAX.

The amount of history has now been increased. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
