How to replace s shortcut for second period ?

Hi, if replace (second) period shortcut "s" with my trading keybord command, i dont have after shortcut for second period. How is posible set other shortcut for seconds ? I can find this command in "Customize Keyboard Shortcuts" And why loocked Shift is not same as Shift? I would like make shortcuts with loocked SHIFT. Any Idea? |
