Hi, what is the reason that sometime number bars chart shows fake (or zero) volume data as below. Below example comes from DAX 25EUR Mar contract as of today. Is it possible to refresh somehow post factum or avoid such situation real time? |

When using the Numbers Bars study when using Interactive Brokers you must use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Otherwise, you will have this issue. Please correct me if I am wrong. To having numbers bars right using IB I need to pay for three below: - pay cost of sierra chart (payment of 36 USD/mo advanced for numbers bars); - pay Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for Dax future the best one is to choose "For 20 Real-Time Symbols: 1st connection 25.00 USD/mo."). - pay exchange fee (Eurex with market depth - 21 USD/mo) Am I correct? How about I use datafeed from amp futures? Is it still an issue? |

Yes this is all correct. If you want to use AMP as your broker you can use their CQG provided service. This is supported as well. Where can I find more information about integrating with Interactive Brokers trading services by using Sierra chart exchange data feed? May I use any market data subscription offered by Interactive Brokers to pay for exchange fees or it need to be paid by Sierra chart? |

I have activated Sierra chart real time service. One question. For 14 days trial I have received 100 (?) symbols I think. I would like to pay for 20 symbols only after the trial. How can I establish in advance to make sure that in 14 days after the trial ends, Exchange Data Feed Features will be established for 20 symbols?

One more question regarding volume data accuracy. My volume from numbers bars is not in line with volume from volume profile. I have double checked volume at volume profile 20-min bar between 9.00 - 9.20 CET on Mar 1 @11585 volume equals 328. When move to numbers bars - the volume reported is much less. Also large volume trade indicator on 20min chart does not mark anything above threshold 100 for DAX 25. Very strange. Should I adjust further the data when switching into SC real time data feed? You can change now the number of symbols here to 20: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#DataConnections It will remain at the highest number until the service renews. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
