Hello! If I activate real-time connection for 20 real-time symbols (*Cash indices only*) will that include also S&P Futures to Cash Premium (ES?##-$INX)? |

No you cannot use that particular real-time connection option. You need to use the standard real-time connection options which are not limited to cash indices. And for an understanding of what exchanges you need to activate for premiums, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#StockIndexPremiums However, you can always get historical data for those premium symbols.
