Demo account problem

When I place an order in the graph I see that it is registered (market order, marked in the graph)
but the balance is still and it does not look like the order went through.
I want to simulate (trade) and see that the account balance follows the trade.
Important to be able to further ensure that trade does not exceed limits.

Do I make a mistake when placing orders?

Next question, can I access Rithmic data?

If you are referring to the Balance tab:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Account Monitor (Account Balances) Window

In general this is not going to update during a trade. And may not even be available. Account balance data is also not available for simulated trading within Sierra Chart.

Maybe you are interested in the open profit loss instead:
