Hi On two different charts the same instrument's levels are displayed differently. This is for crude oil (CL.) Please see attached screenshot: For Feb 14 the low of the day on the 500 tick chart is displayed as 53.45. For Feb 14 the low of the day on the 30min chart is displayed as 53.51. I have deleted and re-downloaded the data several times, but the problem remains. Why is this? |

Remove all studies from both of those charts. And then see if you notice a difference. There could be a study that you are using which is changing the price bars. You can then close the Chartbook without saving it and reopen it to get the studies back again. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi, ok: - deleted all the chart studies on both charts, one study at a time, but nothing that was removed causes the two different price levels to change. - then deleted and re-downloaded the data, but this also does not change the price. - changed the bar periodicity on the one chart from 500 tick to 5 min, but also this step did not change the price. - changed the bar periodicity on the other chart from 30 min to 5 min, also no change. - after both making both charts periodicity 30 min, deleted and downloaded the data, no change in the levels. - switched off chart trade mode for chart and global, switched off tool values window, reloaded data, levels are still different. So the problem is still there. |

Open 2 new charts for that symbol and see if the low at that time matches between those new charts.
