I've noticed something strange in the charting data, more precisely the data in real time and the data in your history servers in ** seem to be quite different. In the 2 attached files, concerning the 6EZ3 contract in 1000 ticks version, the difference is quite clear: the one named “6eZ3 real time.jpg” is the chart obtained while following the market during the day, and the second named “6ez3 from history.jpg” is the chart obtained doing “Edit/Delete All data and download” from the Sierra menu. It seems evident that the “real time” one has far less ticks than the “history” one. So I'd ask you 2 questions: 1/ why the 2 charts are different ? 2/ how can I have the “history” one in (real) real time ? The solution to this is to right-click on the TransAct icon on your Windows Taskbar. Disable the Use Mode 1 and press Save Settings. After that go into AT Charts and select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
