Hi: Currently using CQG data and FIX for routing. I only have problmes with SFE exchange - other excahnges are ok (CME,HKFE,Eurex) I lose rows of data from the Trade DOM as the market moves (eg will have 20 rows of BID available ob DOM but only 4 rows of OFFER visible on DOM) - the number of rows changes during the day. Do you have any suggestions to fix this or reccomendations for an alternate data source if this is the problem Thank you |

Actually tell us the exact symbol of the chart. There might be a problem with the Symbol Settings. We need the exact symbol.

The Symbol Settings do look correct. The most important setting that could cause a problem like this would be the Price Display Format. That should be set to 1. Can you check what it is on your side in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. You just need to first select the symbol on the left in the list of symbols and check the setting.
