I've noticed past few days seems like Bitfinex data isn't updating. I'll need to constantly delete/download in order rot keep it updated. I'm on version 1872.

Also seems like the pricing has changed... everything on finex has more decimal places so now the right hand side price scale on my charts are huge.

The real-time and historical data issue with Bitfinex which existed on one of our servers is now resolved. Check the Price Display Format: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. cool, well it seems like the issue is something else then - my vertical price scales on all bitfinex charts have just blown out and taken up heaps more space than necessary.

Set the Tick Size and Price Display Format as you require in Chart >> Chart Settings and that will correct this.

It's set to auto-set. It seems to have come at the same time as the data feed issue. All my right hand price scale columns (specifically for Bitfinex) are excessively fat, even in other instances of Sierra I'm running.

Uncheck the Auto Set from Data Feed option.

Ok, I've done that, but nothing has changed.

To correct the scale, reload the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

We used both a tick size and price display format of: 0.0001 This is what we see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1550032552356.png Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. OK I figured it out: it's the volume study, "Volume - Bitcoin (Hidden)." As soon as I remove it the formatting returns to normal and the price scale shrinks to fit the actual price.

Do you know why that Volume study is not displaying any scale?
