Hello Support, I would like to ask you unusual question. MY friend use Infinity futures and there Sierra is turned on after login to AT account. Please HELP. In LIVE mod SIerra is asking if I want to go LIVE so I must click OK and than it will connect to server. When something happen and my sierra start reconnect this window ask me it again. Can you disable it for me please? Becasue when I have order set with OCO and I am not at the computer, my order will be filled but whithout OCO orders(target, Stop)because nobody will click on OK button. So just order set on exchage is filled. And when you will disable it(window asking if I want to go LIVE) and I will not be in front of computer program just reconnect and everything will be fine. Thank you very much |

This is supported in the latest TransAct bridge program. We are not completely sure how to disable it. TransAct support can give you the best answer on this since it is their software which does the prompting. What we do know is that a user has to update Sierra Chart to the latest version to get the option to disable the pop-up. We understand the issue with OCO orders that you describe. The prompting is in older versions of Sierra Chart. You can disable it in newer versions since newer versions have the latest TransAct bridge program.
