I use CTS T4 platform and I have access through my clearing firm to SIM CTS data. I have been getting kicked out of my data feed (won't connect via Sierra) keep getting sent heartbeat to server...no heartbeat message received. I asked my clearing firm they said to ask you?

Same problem here, cannot connect to CTS FIX data feed in Sierra.

Same here as well. I also have T4 running off CTS as backup and there are no issues there. I am hoping you will sort out a permanent soution for this. Connection to CTS has been flaky for months. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-02-01 16:17:10
