SCData - All Services not downloading data?

I just noticed my charts were not updating (connected to SCData). I primarily trade forex so i switched to SC Forex Data and all the charts updated as expected. Not sure if it's related but I did update to the latest software last week after the market closed (about 3 months behind). I dont have time to test at the moment, but did something change?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
