Hi Patrick,

I downloaded new version of At Charts yesterday 1045 and for some reason today I cannot see my Trade Log for today. Can you please let me know if the trade log is still available with that version on the Trade tab of At Charts or is there some issue with my platform?

So is it not visible at all when you go to Trade >> Trade Activity Log? It could be offscreen.

In that case, select Window >> Reset Windows. Although we are not certain if we have implemented resetting of the Trade Activity Log window coordinates through that function.

We have looked into this.

After opening the Trade >>Trade Activity Log, it will appear on the Windows taskbar. You should be able to select it from there.

Is it possible that Trade Simulation Mode On was activated (checked) with the 1045 upgrade?

Possibly, but the state of that setting should not have changed.

However, it was our understanding, that the Trade Activity Log window cannot even be seen at all?

No, the window was there, just blank. Trade Simulation Mode On became checked, I think during the upgrade. Once they unchecked it the problem went away.
