It is possible to get a list of futures options. This is supported with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and with the Interactive Brokers trading service.

I didn't ask for a list of the instruments, but for the option chain where you can see the different greek values and bid ask...

If it is not supported in Sierra Chart and you are not willing to code one then, options cannot be traded in Sierra Charts
