slow loading charts

Hello, I have been through the documentation for help topic 30. However I have been unable to resolve the issue of sluggish chart loads, esp when intraday volume intensity picks up. Would I be able to send you a copy of my message log for you to analysis? I have investigated my data and I do not think this is the problem (rithmic). The confusing thing is that this is a relatively new problem and I have not done much to my chart or chart books lately. Regards |

A Message Log provides no help with this. The only information we have is in help topic 30. That is quite thorough. There is no doubt you can do things suggested there which will help: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often Like reducing the amount of data loaded in the chart. OK, I will try and investigate further my end. Just strange this suddenly become such an issue for no apparent reason that I can think of. |
