Hi SC, Additional symbol feature on the chart is not functioning/working as expected. ZNH19 as the main chart and ZNZ18 below added as additional symbol. No chart for the ZNZ18 is displayed. I have encountered the same issue for other symbols, not just futures. Is there a guide how to chart symbols correctly? I have used other charting/trading platforms and I have not encountered these basic and simple issues elsewhere. Thank you for your answer. |

This is what we see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1548031061905.png It appears as though the historical data download for the ZNZ18 contract failed . Open a separate chart for it and re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Then go back to the chart with Add Additional Symbol and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
