Hi, are you experiencing any issues today? I have logged in but nothing is moving on charts or ladders since 6.30AM UK time.... everything static as if closed. I have rebooted, logged out a few times and downloaded current version, nothing fixing it. I trade Eurex Bunds live via Stage 5.

There appears to have been some missing data around the time that you reference. This has been patched and is now available. Refer to the following to re-download the data:
