Hello, i'm very unhappy with my CQG FIX connection because i get every day these drop outs and disconnections. I'd like to switch to either Rithmic or SC Data Feed. Is there a solution to use SC data feed with my ninjatrader brokerage / dorman account? The NT support told me i can not use anything else than CQG or Rithmic. Would you recommend Rithmic in case SC doesn't work? Thank you! |

We recommend first trying to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Here are instructions: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed There is very little cost to try it for the rest of this month. There is also a trial for the exchange fee. And see how that works for you. You could still lose the CQG FIX connection but that will be automatically reconnected in the background. I've activated the SC Exchange Data Feed trial and it works fine. I'm going to observe the connectivity over the next two weeks. Now, if i decide in February to use SC Exchange Data Feed permanently, I assume i have to ask NT Brokerage to cancel the CME market data feed, but allow execution only? Is this correct? Otherwise I'd have to pay twice for it. Thank you in advance for you help |
