Hello, i need to activate eurex exchange datafeed (21usd/month) and when a click on the Activate button then pop up this : Error Activating 'Eurex with Market Depth' on account #1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the 'Eurex with Market Depth' exchange. I paid for realtime connection and need eurex datafeed. Where is the problem? Thank you for your quick answer for solving this issue. |

For EUREX your account is considered Professional, so you will need to activate the higher priced Professional EUREX exchange. If you should not be considered as a Professional, let us know and we will contact Barchart about your account. Sierra Chart Support |
