Market Depth Data not recorded with CTS data feed

Dear Support,
I'm not able to record the Maket Depth Data with the CTS data feed.
As you can see here, while with CQG the replay of the Market Depth works smoothly, with CTS the DOM is full of holes.

The settings are the same for
General Settings --> Chart Update interval in Milliseconds = 10
Data/Trade Service Settings --> Intraday Data storage time unit = 1 Tick
Symbol Settings --> Record Market Depth Data selected (in the respective symbols)

One thing to check is to make sure your computer's clock is set accurately:
Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating

The other thing is to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead:
