Opening Trade Window for Chart not working

On a regular chart I select the Trade tab and select open trade window for chart and nothing happens. Only attach trade window to chart works. Except on a DOM window, it will open and float(which I want) when you chose open trade window for chart. |

Go to that chart and select Chart >> Reset Child Windows.
