I looked at your Moving Average study and under settings/inputs I did not see option for "confirm bars" ... its a filter such that signal isn't given on the 1st bar that crosses the line but awaits "confirmation" by the 2nd, 3rd, 4th ... bar, as one may choose. It greatly improves performance of Moving Average as an indicator/study; could your team look into it?

A Moving Average study in and of itself does not give any signals, so it is not clear what you are referring to?

Let me rephrase: when you select the Moving Average Study and go to Settings you find just two Inputs - (1) Input Data and (2) Length. My question is; would you consider adding 'confirmbars' - you may want to ask around if you've never heard of 'confirmbars' as a filter/variable on the Moving Average Study. |
