creating / Shading a dynamic area around the value area on TPO profile

is it possible, to create and shade a block around the value area on a TPO profile that is not static and expands as the value area expands? in other words the value area is dynamic as the profile period moves on. please see @ around the 3:18 mark of this video https://youtu.be/ub1QhI6nUUk |

First, the Value Area is always dynamic as new bars are developing. thank you, I know the value area was dynamic, it was a specific request from a customer to create the shaded box, thank you for your help as always
