How to transfer charting files?

Hello. I have taken a course recently, I have been sent files or charts to upload into my new sierra chart software. They keep installing completely blank with no data at all. When I look at my account management page...it states "Not enabled for any third-party provided custom studies." Is this the reason I can not see his charts? If so, how do I enable them? If not, can you refer me to a step by step process where I may learn how to install his charts? thank you |

No, that is not the reason. Did you install the files into this folder on your system?: C:\SierraChart\Data It is also possible there are different symbols being used between the Data/Trading service used by the course provider and the service you are using.
