Alert mails are not getting delviered. Did already check my spam inox and did double check the email adress settings in Global Settings -> Alerts. AlertLog says it was accepted. Pls see attached email adress is xyz@me.com (apple domain) and working fine. Can you please double check |

Our logs show that emails sent to your email address are accepted by an apple email server. So it looks like apple is just dropping the alerts for an unknown reason for us. Sierra Chart Support |
