Hi, I am using Sierra Charts to trade for OneUp Trader. There have been multiple times after I place a trade, that the position is automatically closed with a market order. I called OneUp Trader about this and they told me they didn't close my trade and that I will need to contact Sierra Charts. This is very common once I am in a winning trade. My position will just close. Can you help me with this? |

There is no Internal Order ID for the trade but the trade message says "Flatten positions at set time has been reached. Flattening positions now" Is there a setting I need to change?

Yes. What you need do is to go to the Trade Window A tab and set the Flatten and Cancel at Set Time setting to Disabled. Everything is set to Disabled. I never changed the setting. Could it be something else?
