Hello, I am using an Flex Renko 50-28-0 which prints very nice. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1546457058555.png I looked at the Study Renko Chart (unsupported) and when placed with Box 5 settings prints extremely well, better than my regular Flex Renko. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1546457167109.png Is there a way to have Study Renko Chart update correctly or show correct price? (tried to Price Overlay Current Price Line but it wont accept it) Any input how to achieve such a nice printing chart would be appreciated. Thank you g |

Flex Renko charts are the bomb After setting the Bar Period Type, look at all the choices in the selection box <see image> until you find one that suits your style. My preference is this one New Trend Bar After Range Met | New Reversal Bar when Reversal Amount Met |

BedHog, Hello, Agree, indeed they are fantastic charts miles ahead of the traditional ones. Take a look at attached chart compares both your settings vs mine and give me your opinion: Comparison is at Heiken Ashi Flex Renko 10-6-0. New Trend Bar After Range Met | New Reversal Bar when Reversal Amount Met (right Side picture) vs New Trend Bar When Range Exceed / New Reversal Bar Reached When Reversal Amount plus 1 Tick (Left side picture /option #3) I prefer this setting as it has less false signals. Hello lucascastro, You can get some interesting results from a Flex Renko Chart. The Flex Renko by itself shows you a direction of travel, but by adding the Numbers Bars Study, it shows you the pullbacks and retracements in a whole different light. |

Hello, I'm having some challenges with the new Renko futures. I'm trying to reproduce the same image attached (It was created using the 5Min chart and the Study Renko Chart (unsupported) set to 10-ticks. Is it not possible to use Renko with timebased charts like daily, Hourly and minutes? Or is there a way to configure the new Renko Flex to produce the same result?
