I got a new laptop. I cannot download one SC for the interactive Brokers acct and another for Just Historical charts I have windows 10. please help. I can download for one of them, but the second one is the same as the first one |

It sounds like you are trying to install 2 separate instances of Sierra Chart. When you do this, you need to change the installation folder of the second instance, or else you will just be overwriting the first installation you did.
