Cannot access Sierra Chart with Chrome

I noticed your site was down on 12/22. After that I now cannot access Sierrachart.com with Chrome. I also could not access it with Firefox but was aboe to fix that by going into Firefox's profiles and deleting the correct files. I have tried this with chrome to no avail. I am hoping someone can lead me in the correct direction to solve this issue. I realize this is not a support question but any help would be appreciated, in the event it happens again with any browser. Thanks in advance. |

Thanks for this.. If understanding correctly I will wait for the Google DNS server to update and use Firefox in the meantime.

Well I have no idea how to fix it then... When I go to your site using Chrome it says This site can't be reached. So something is still amiss. And I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and in conjunction I deleted every Google folder I could find on my computer. Only thing I did not delete was the registry adds. I also do not know if there is anything else related on the hard drive that would not allow the switch. Firefox was easy to delete the files and it then worked fine. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Well clearly this is not good and we do apologize for this. But clearly Chrome is not getting the updated IP address. We will do a little research on this ourselves.

We did test Chrome on our side and we have no trouble getting to the current Sierra Chart website.

I realize that. On my wife's laptop which has never accessed Sierra Chart website has no issues - only my computer which has in the past. There must be something to clear - but I do not know what it might be. Any ideas? Thanks. |

That is good but it is very troublesome Chrome does not automatically take care of this.
