Hi, my charts are stuck saying Waiting to download historical data or downloading historical data and wll not finish. Some symbols are not even showing a chart at all. All was working fine before the outage. Thanks

This is not related to the website outage. There is no technical connection between the two. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Go to the chart which is completely blank and follow the instructions below: ---- Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
