I am using cqg data I set up a quote board with mainly futures data on it. I see the futures data without a problem on the quoteboard I wanted to see SPX and the VIX data on the same quoteboard but I am seeing zeros for those entries I know with cqg I am not enabled for vix and they use SPC symbol for spx I was under the understanding that sierra provides its own data feed and it runs simultaneously with the other data feed ? If this is true I thought I might be able to see all of the data on the quoteboard with the two data feeds ? Can you explain how the data feeds and getting all these symbols on one quoteboard with data would work ? Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-12-20 17:43:27

We can call but there is a charge for this. We do not make any money on the data feed. We have no interest in trying to sell this. If you need help over the phone with it, then it is chargeable at $0.75 per minute.

Here are some of my questions. i have read the information you have on your support site but still have these questions Is the free Sierra service only for historical data or is it real time ? does the sierra data run simultaneously with another data feed. for example if i have cqg data selected i am also getting the sierra data as well or do i have to select one or the other ? Thank you steven leon |

Is the free Sierra service only for historical data or is it real time ? Not sure what you mean by the "free Sierra service" but the standard service packages do include historical data and for an understanding of real-time data, refer to:Real-Time Data does the sierra data run simultaneously with another data feed. Yes you can use it "simultaneously" and this is fully explained here:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#IntegrationWithTradingServices Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
